I was looking for a used Toyota Solara convertible with under 100,000 miles in the tri-state area and after much online searching found a white 2007 Solara with a black top (my first color choice combination) at Frank Krause Automotive. When I first spoke to Frank on the phone I thought he was a little gruff, but I later learned that the more you get to know Frank the more you like him and appreciate his knowledge of automobiles and willingness to go the extra mile for you. Frank is a no nonsense, no billsh*t, tell it like it is kind of guy (I like that). When I went down to see the car Frank spent a lot of time going over the car with me. We took the car for a test drive and then over to a garage Frank recommended to have them look it over. There were no problems. I trusted Frank's choice and later had them do an alignment for me. Frank also recommended someone for me to put new tires on the car at a good price. Frank detailed my car before I picked it up from him and
I will continue to have him detail it in the future. I couldn't be happier with my car and would buy another from him in the future. I highly recommend him.

"Frank Krause guided me through the process of purchasing this car from a distance of 200+ miles.. He coordinated an independent evaluation of the car by a Honda dealership and addressed their findings (brakes, fluids, etc.) He then arranged temporary dealer registration for me and shipment. The car arrived quickly and without damage. The car's condition was precisely as represented by Frank. This is the first car I have purchased without a test drive myself but it went very well indeed. Frank was responsive and helpful in addressing all of needs and concerns regarding Title etc."

"My son was looking for his first car and was intent on getting an older Jeep. We researched and found Frank Krausse in the area specializing in Jeeps. Frank had several Jeeps in great condition with low mileage. He was very detailed in telling us the condition of the car we selected. He allowed us to take it to our own mechanic to confirm the condition and our mechanic told us it was in great condition for it's age and we should buy it because it's not easy to find a 2004 in such great condition! We bought it and picked it up within days and upon Frank's recommendation we bought a phone charging/aux cord which he installed for us at no charge. It was a great experience and we will be back shortly for another Jeep for our daughter!"

He is very happy with the service that Frank gave us. Frank was right on point on describing the truck very nice truck by the way. When if came to ship the truck to Hobbs NM. it was delivered in a quick manner n in good condition like he said I would. I would highly recommend Frank cause automotive. Frank was straight forward, knowledgeable and honest. He took the time to go over the vehicle I was interested in's history, as well as the manufacturer's history pertaining to the vehicle. I pointed out a potential problem and he immediately corrected it. The vehicle is as represented. I would definitely do business with Frank again.

I've only had my truck 2 days but so far my experience with Frank was excellent. He is very straightforward, no nonsense, but very helpful. He facilitated the buying experience to make it painless and smooth. I decided to trust him and the truck seems great. Exactly what I wanted: a used F250 in really good shape that has a long life ahead of it as a work truck.

Frank takes great pride in professional follow up, listening to the customers' needs and willing to go the extra mile to make small repairs so I could drive off the lot feeling confident in the safety of my kids.
