I was very nervous having to get a first car for my son. We visited a few places and we were not pleased with the process. A friend had suggested we try Frank. I gave him a call and from the initial conversation all the way through the entire process, I felt he had my son's best interest in mind. I am very happy that we made the decision to deal with Frank.

Never in our wildest dreams did we think we could own a truck like this! It is pristine just as you said! Truly a man of your words! What a pleasure doing business with you! I was in the market for 1 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my son and ended up with 2; son & daughter. Frank knows these cars (and others) inside & out and only keeps inventory on product that is reliable, in great condition and fairly priced. Frank takes great pride in professional follow up, listening to the customers' needs and willing to go the extra mile to make small repairs so I could drive off the lot feeling confident in the safety of my kids. I was also incredibly impressed how immaculate he keeps his lot/garage/office; again- very professional. I have already recommended Frank Krause Automotive to a friend and will continue to do so!

Frank took care of the whole process and sold us a great car at a great price. He had Nany to choose from and there was no pressure or dealer tactics. He sells single owner no accident vehicles with low mileage
This was my first experience buying from Frank and it will certainly not be my last.
We feel like we now know an honest person in a business that at times can be full of deception , lies, and dishonesty.
I would recommend Frank Krause to anybody in the market for a gently used Honda or Toyota

I was looking for a used Toyota Solara convertible with under 100,000 miles in the tri-state area and after much online searching found a white 2007 Solara with a black top (my first color choice combination) at Frank Krause Automotive. When I first spoke to Frank on the phone I thought he was a little gruff, but I later learned that the more you get to know Frank the more you like him and appreciate his knowledge of automobiles and willingness to go the extra mile for you. Frank is a no nonsense, no billsh*t, tell it like it is kind of guy (I like that). When I went down to see the car Frank spent a lot of time going over the car with me. We took the car for a test drive and then over to a garage Frank recommended to have them look it over. There were no problems. I trusted Frank's choice and later had them do an alignment for me. Frank also recommended someone for me to put new tires on the car at a good price. Frank detailed my car before I picked it up from him and
I will continue to have him detail it in the future. I couldn't be happier with my car and would buy another from him in the future. I highly recommend him.
