I was very nervous having to get a first car for my son. We visited a few places and we were not pleased with the process. A friend had suggested we try Frank. I gave him a call and from the initial conversation all the way through the entire process, I felt he had my son's best interest in mind. I am very happy that we made the decision to deal with Frank.

"after researching for weeks for my army veteran father, I found the perfect vehicle. Everything he wanted, low miles, 4x4, lower than his $$ range. Only problem was 721 miles away. I am in Tennessee & my dad's perfect 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport is in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ . So, I made a simple phone call. Sir Frank was wonderful. found a transport service for me. even offered to take to local Jeep Dealer to evaluate for me. I just can't put into words how re-assuring & thorough/thoughtful/helpful Frank was. He made a frustrating situation simple. I went off gut instinct & I have to say...... Frank is hands down..... I am very happy to have stumbled across Frank's dealership and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle. I purchased a 2004 Jeep and it is a very solid and clean vehicle. It would seem that solid, clean and dependable vehicles are all that Frank offers. Frank certainly knows his Jeeps. I think he limits his inventory to reliable cars and certain manufacturers with which he has many years experience. No junk on his lots. Frank also helped me with financing and that went very smoothly. Very happy customer here. Highly recommend Frank Krause if you are looking for a new (to you) vehicle.

"We just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Frank for our son who is in college in Colorado. We had researched Jeeps in Denver and Boulder and were set to spend 2-3 days of our vacation finding the right car (which we really didn't want to do). We checked in with Frank, as we always see a huge turnover of cars on his two lots,to ask advice on buying a used car in Colorado. He advised us that we could buy a car in NJ and have it shipped to Colorado. We found 3 cars that fit the description of what our son wanted and settled on a 2004 model. We bought it, Frank had it serviced at a LOCAL mechanic who we know, and then took care of the transfer of title for us and had it shipped and delivered all within 10 days. Easy as pie! And the best part is that it was the same cost as buying a similar car in Colorado without having to waste 3 days of our visit with our son.....and that includes the shipping. We found Frank to be extremely knowledgeable and honest and returned our calls promptly. I highly recommend Frank Krause Automotive for your next used car! His detailing service is great too!"

Buying used is a challenge. Well, not with Frank, he was straight forward, honest and knowledgeable. Frank has low mileage, one owner vehicles which is what I wanted. My son has been driving for a year now and we are still very pleased with the purchase. I would recommend him and utilize his service when needed.

I purchased an older Toyota pickup from Frank back in October. The trucks been great, and doing business with Frank was also a great experience. Frank is a hard worker, and was willing to meet me early in the morning and late in the evening because those times were best for my schedule. Driving by Frank's car lot you couldn't help notice how nice all his cars look. A 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee caught my eye & I stopped to inquire about it. Took it for a ride & was sold on it. Very clean Jeep(looks new). Frank goes over the car top to bottom with you(we even got under the car for a look). He's very knowledgeable about what he sells. I saw another Jeep with car racks & inquired about getting them & he volunteered to track down a used pair & installed them for me. Great guy !! I highly recommend him & his dealership.

Frank calls it like he sees it. Great quality used car for fair price for my daughter. Definitely worth it since I got a reliable used car for a new driver and no issues. Doesn't get any better than that!
