"Earlier this year (2014) I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Frank Krause Automotive. Frank made the entire buying process pleasant because he was upfront, fair, honest, and very knowledgeable. Frank specializes in Honda, Jeep, and Toyota vehicles and only buys quality automobiles. When I recently needed a Ford E-350 passenger van for work, I spent countless hours trying to search for one usually through internet searches or contacting less-than-reputable used car dealerships. Because I had such a pleasant experience with Frank I reached out to him, not knowing what he could do for me. Frank delivered! He found me a great van at auction at a good price, and he took my older van off my hands. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend his shop to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. I know in the future, Frank is my go to guy!"

I purchased an older Toyota pickup from Frank back in October. The trucks been great, and doing business with Frank was also a great experience. Frank is a hard worker, and was willing to meet me early in the morning and late in the evening because those times were best for my schedule. Frank took care of the whole process and sold us a great car at a great price. He had Nany to choose from and there was no pressure or dealer tactics. He sells single owner no accident vehicles with low mileage
This was my first experience buying from Frank and it will certainly not be my last.
We feel like we now know an honest person in a business that at times can be full of deception , lies, and dishonesty.
I would recommend Frank Krause to anybody in the market for a gently used Honda or Toyota

Frank was straight forward, knowledgeable and honest. He took the time to go over the vehicle I was interested in's history, as well as the manufacturer's history pertaining to the vehicle. I pointed out a potential problem and he immediately corrected it. The vehicle is as represented. I would definitely do business with Frank again.

"Frank Krause guided me through the process of purchasing this car from a distance of 200+ miles.. He coordinated an independent evaluation of the car by a Honda dealership and addressed their findings (brakes, fluids, etc.) He then arranged temporary dealer registration for me and shipment. The car arrived quickly and without damage. The car's condition was precisely as represented by Frank. This is the first car I have purchased without a test drive myself but it went very well indeed. Frank was responsive and helpful in addressing all of needs and concerns regarding Title etc."
