Great experience

I was looking for a used Toyota Solara convertible with under 100,000 miles in the tri-state area and after much online searching found a white 2007 Solara with a black top (my first color choice combination) at Frank Krause Automotive. When I first spoke to Frank on the phone I thought he was a little gruff, but I later learned that the more you get to know Frank the more you like him and appreciate his knowledge of automobiles and willingness to go the extra mile for you. Frank is a no nonsense, no billsh*t, tell it like it is kind of guy (I like that). When I went down to see the car Frank spent a lot of time going over the car with me. We took the car for a test drive and then over to a garage Frank recommended to have them look it over. There were no problems. I trusted Frank's choice and later had them do an alignment for me. Frank also recommended someone for me to put new tires on the car at a good price. Frank detailed my car before I picked it up from him and
I will continue to have him detail it in the future. I couldn't be happier with my car and would buy another from him in the future. I highly recommend him.

"We just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Frank for our son who is in college in Colorado. We had researched Jeeps in Denver and Boulder and were set to spend 2-3 days of our vacation finding the right car (which we really didn't want to do). We checked in with Frank, as we always see a huge turnover of cars on his two lots,to ask advice on buying a used car in Colorado. He advised us that we could buy a car in NJ and have it shipped to Colorado. We found 3 cars that fit the description of what our son wanted and settled on a 2004 model. We bought it, Frank had it serviced at a LOCAL mechanic who we know, and then took care of the transfer of title for us and had it shipped and delivered all within 10 days. Easy as pie! And the best part is that it was the same cost as buying a similar car in Colorado without having to waste 3 days of our visit with our son.....and that includes the shipping. We found Frank to be extremely knowledgeable and honest and returned our calls promptly. I highly recommend Frank Krause Automotive for your next used car! His detailing service is great too!"

Buying used is a challenge. Well, not with Frank, he was straight forward, honest and knowledgeable. Frank has low mileage, one owner vehicles which is what I wanted. My son has been driving for a year now and we are still very pleased with the purchase. I would recommend him and utilize his service when needed.

Frank is a very up front and respectable man, who truly cares about the customer and doesn't pressure anyone into buying an automobile. He listened to exactly what we wanted in a car and provided it. We left a message for him after hours and he returned our call promptly, as well as answering our questions and concerns to our satisfaction. His facilities are clean and well maintained, just like the merchandise he sells. After months and months of looking for a jeep wrangler I found Frank he had the cleanest and best all around looking red jeep wrangler he did not even have it up on his website for 24 hours before I jumped on it, Frank is a stand up guy who knows what he is doing definitely would go back and recommend him to everyone. His finance guy and him were on top of everything the whole way never left me in the dark. Awesome awesome dealer and a great guy to deal with he is one who cares about his customers. Great cars and service

I bought a car from Frank Krause for my daughter and it has been great. He has a lot of Toyotas, Hondas and Jeeps for sale. The cars are well maintained and priced reasonably. He was available when we wanted to see and test drive the cars and was quick to get the car detailed and turned over to us. All his documentation was also very complete. We will definitely use his services again in the future.

"My son was looking for his first car and was intent on getting an older Jeep. We researched and found Frank Krausse in the area specializing in Jeeps. Frank had several Jeeps in great condition with low mileage. He was very detailed in telling us the condition of the car we selected. He allowed us to take it to our own mechanic to confirm the condition and our mechanic told us it was in great condition for it's age and we should buy it because it's not easy to find a 2004 in such great condition! We bought it and picked it up within days and upon Frank's recommendation we bought a phone charging/aux cord which he installed for us at no charge. It was a great experience and we will be back shortly for another Jeep for our daughter!"
