Great experience

I was looking for a used Toyota Solara convertible with under 100,000 miles in the tri-state area and after much online searching found a white 2007 Solara with a black top (my first color choice combination) at Frank Krause Automotive. When I first spoke to Frank on the phone I thought he was a little gruff, but I later learned that the more you get to know Frank the more you like him and appreciate his knowledge of automobiles and willingness to go the extra mile for you. Frank is a no nonsense, no billsh*t, tell it like it is kind of guy (I like that). When I went down to see the car Frank spent a lot of time going over the car with me. We took the car for a test drive and then over to a garage Frank recommended to have them look it over. There were no problems. I trusted Frank's choice and later had them do an alignment for me. Frank also recommended someone for me to put new tires on the car at a good price. Frank detailed my car before I picked it up from him and
I will continue to have him detail it in the future. I couldn't be happier with my car and would buy another from him in the future. I highly recommend him.

"A personal goal of mine was to surprise my wife with her dream car, a 2008 Toyota Solera Convertible - Pearl White, Power Everything, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.- a perfect Jersey Shore girl's car. Although I was looking for a car, what I found was a professional. Frank not only had the car, he had the insight. The buying process was seamless, the car was immaculate & the price was fair. I needed to buy a good used car so asked a friend of mine who is very particular for a recommendation in the area. He gave me only one Frank Krause in Point Pleasant Beach.

I checked out his web site which was easy to navigate and found several cars that were in my budget. I then followed up with a phone call to set up the appt. Frank is very straightforward but also a big help and gave the pros and cons on each of my selections. He didn't try to up sell me so we made an appt to meet on that Saturday. I got there at the agreed time and Frank had the cars I was interested in up front and we reviewed and I ended up just taking one for a drive and buying that one. We picked it up that Monday after he had a chance to detail the car and give it a final check out.

It was the most pleasant car purchase I have ever made. No bait and switch just good dependable cars sold by someone who is honest and takes great pride in his business.

Never in our wildest dreams did we think we could own a truck like this! It is pristine just as you said! Truly a man of your words! What a pleasure doing business with you! "Frank Krause guided me through the process of purchasing this car from a distance of 200+ miles.. He coordinated an independent evaluation of the car by a Honda dealership and addressed their findings (brakes, fluids, etc.) He then arranged temporary dealer registration for me and shipment. The car arrived quickly and without damage. The car's condition was precisely as represented by Frank. This is the first car I have purchased without a test drive myself but it went very well indeed. Frank was responsive and helpful in addressing all of needs and concerns regarding Title etc."

"Frank is practically my neighbor, but I didn't meet him until my need for a car brought me across the street to his Spring Lake location. I was in the market for a new work vehicle for my cleaning business, and have always seen great-shape Honda's, Toyotas and Jeeps on his lot there. That day I spotted a Honda CR-V I was interested in, so I quickly gave him a call. I discussed my situation (budget, needs, etc.) with him and met him over at his Point Pleasant location to look at a better-equipped 2005 CR-V that he suggested. The car was very clean, roomy, and just what I was looking for - but I wasn't totally sold on the price. After driving the car and inspecting it further, I mentioned some concerns to Frank and he said he would take it to our local mechanic to have everything checked out and would fix anything that was wrong with it. And he did! I gave him a deposit and he had several things on the car spruced up and replaced, and even did all of detailing work himself - ma
king the car price well worth it. The CR-V looked and drove like it was brand new! Working with Frank was wonderful! He's super responsive and communicative, and he doesn't play games. He's a straight shooter for real. Let's face it - single women are the stereotypical suckers when it comes to buying a car. Listen ladies - you can feel safe with Frank. He doesn't sugar coat anything and doesn't try to sweet talk you into buying his cars, or over charge you. He takes great pride in the cars he sells. Not only does he deliver on his cars and service, but he delivers on his word. As a matter of fact, he just called me yesterday to make sure all was well with my car and that I was happy with it - and I bought it three months ago. That's what sets him apart!"

Love my 2004 Wrangler

After months and months of looking for a jeep wrangler I found Frank he had the cleanest and best all around looking red jeep wrangler he did not even have it up on his website for 24 hours before I jumped on it, Frank is a stand up guy who knows what he is doing definitely would go back and recommend him to everyone. His finance guy and him were on top of everything the whole way never left me in the dark. Awesome awesome dealer and a great guy to deal with he is one who cares about his customers. Very honest man who keeps his word and is devoted to making customers happy!
